College Welcomes Sir Mark Hedley

The College welcomed Sir Mark Hedley on Friday, August 1st. who gave a lecture entitled 'The Family Courts as Final Arbiters.' The lecture's attendees included the College's PGED Fast Track students and local family law practitioners.

Advance principal, Adrian Mason explained that it was an extremely important day for the College and it underlined that 'we are now regarded as one of the most respected private law colleges in England & Wales. Advance CPD aspires for excellence in whatever it does and a visit by such an eminent speaker as Mr Justice Hedley is in line with this philosophy' he explained. 'We are extremely grateful to Sir Mark for agreeing to visit us and I know that the feedback we received from delegates after his visit has been as good as it can get.'

The College sees this visit as the first of numerous CPD events it will be holding in the forthcoming twelve months and further announcements about this will be placed on the Website shortly.
