These days I spend a large part of my week in court dealing with a variety of matters such as case management conferences, interim hearings and trials. I also have experience of mediation.
Some recent cases I have been instructed on include a multi track case in the Royal Courts of Justice concerning breach of covenant and induced contract breach; an unfair dismissal claim before the Employment Appeal Tribunal; and injunctive proceedings following a breach of covenant under an employment contract. I live locally with my wife and young daughter (and our puppy!). If I get any spare time I play my guitar and have a beer…. otherwise, I try and fit in with my daughter’s plans!
