I am a Legal Executive specialising in commercial litigation at a long established practice in Chester . I manage a diverse caseload ranging from small and fast track claims in the County Court through to multi track cases in the High Court. I also act for employers and employees in the Employment Tribunals.

I began studying law part time through the Institute of Legal Executives whilst serving in the Royal Air Force. At the same time, I spent a considerable amount of my own time gaining invaluable work experience at a variety of different practices in the region, including a vacation scheme at one of the country’s top law firms.

These days I spend a large part of my week in court dealing with a variety of matters such as case management conferences, interim hearings and trials. I also have experience of mediation.

Some recent cases I have been instructed on include a multi track case in the Royal Courts of Justice concerning breach of covenant and induced contract breach; an unfair dismissal claim before the Employment Appeal Tribunal; and injunctive proceedings following a breach of covenant under an employment contract.

I live locally with my wife and young daughter (and our puppy!). If I get any spare time I play my guitar and have a beer…. otherwise, I try and fit in with my daughter’s plans!
